2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our services. If you're not happy with what we deliver, we will work with you to make it right. Our goal is your success, and we stand behind our work.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

3.1 Website Development Services

  • Before work begins: Full refund available
  • During development (before first draft): 50% refund of amount paid
  • After first draft delivery: No refund, but we will work with you on revisions as per agreement
  • After final delivery: No refund available

3.2 WhatsApp Automation Services

  • Before setup begins: Full refund available
  • After setup is complete: No refund, as the service has been delivered
  • Monthly subscriptions: Can be cancelled anytime, no refund for current billing period

3.3 Consulting & Training Services

  • Before session: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours in advance
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund
  • After session: No refund available

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting fees, API costs)
  • Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
  • WhatsApp Business API fees and message credits
  • Services cancelled due to client's violation of our Terms of Service
  • Rush delivery fees or expedite charges

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of the issue
  2. Provide your order details and reason for the refund request
  3. Allow us 3-5 business days to review your request
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

6. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • Original payment method (UPI, bank transfer)
  • Bank transfer to your registered account

Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

7. Subscription Cancellations

For ongoing subscription services:

  • You may cancel at any time with no penalty
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period
  • Data export assistance available upon request

8. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision:

  • You may request a review by contacting our management
  • Provide any additional documentation supporting your claim
  • We will respond within 5 business days

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. The policy applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of transaction.
